About Ray Lauser Attorney-at-law
Longhorn Advocate-"My Eyes are Upon Advocating for You!"
As a first-generation immigrant from Mexico, Ray Lauser practices immigration law with a personal passion that only an individual that has lived the experience can. His grandfather was a Mexican migrant worker under the “Bracero Program” of the 1940’s and 1950’s, while virtually all of his uncles and numerous cousins are migrant farmworkers and laborers to the present day. Coming from such background, Mr. Lauser applies every measure of his devotion to the successful resolution of each and every immigration matter that comes before him. Moreover, the The Lauser Law Firm, P.C. is a boutique law firm dedicated to giving very close and personal attention to every client that walks through its doors. The law firm is intentionally kept small in order to best achieve these objectives. Our clients are never just a “name” on a file, they are the very foundation on which our success, existence, and future depends.
Since Ray Lauser first founded The Lauser Law Firm, P.C., the law firm has focused almost exclusively on immigration and nationality law (including consular processing), with a strong emphasis on deportation/removal defense. However, due to its rapid success, the law firm is now pleased and honored to offer services in the following areas as well: Wills; Business Formation; Adoptions (international and domestic); Prenuptial Agreements; and Social Security Disability. Although immigration and nationality law still constitutes well over 50% of the law firm’s practice, Mr. Lauser applies the same passion to these recently-expanded areas, with a steadfast dedication to providing his clients with the highest-quality legal representation.
